Effective October 10, 2026. These terms apply to the current VAYNOM Cartagena private beta. Use the beta only if you are legally able to agree to these terms where you live.
Private beta access
VAYNOM is currently an invite-only Cartagena private beta. Invitations are intended for the invited traveler and may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn while the product is being tested. Existing linked accounts may continue to sign in subject to these terms and applicable product rules.
Travel guidance is informational
VAYNOM provides trip organization, sourced destination information, translation support, community features, and practical guidance. Conditions, prices, hours, laws, procedures, transportation, weather, and local circumstances can change. Verify time-sensitive information with the relevant official source or provider.
Safety features do not guarantee safety
Guardian, MeetSafe, trusted-contact links, message risk signals, recovery guidance, and other safety tools are supplemental. They do not verify another person's intentions, guarantee safety, automatically contact emergency services, or replace police, medical, consular, legal, or other professional help. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Community conduct
Do not use VAYNOM to threaten, harass, deceive, exploit, impersonate, stalk, facilitate illegal activity, pressure someone to meet privately, or misuse another person's location or safety information. VAYNOM may restrict access or preserve relevant safety records when reasonably necessary to protect the beta and its users.
Partners and service requests
Transportation and other local services may be fulfilled by reviewed third-party partners. A request or quote is not a confirmed booking until the relevant service and timing are confirmed. Partner availability, pricing, operating terms, and fulfillment remain subject to the applicable provider. VAYNOM does not guarantee a partner's performance or a specific travel outcome.
Medical, legal, and emergency matters
VAYNOM may help you locate official resources or coordinate a handoff, but it does not diagnose, provide medical treatment, provide legal advice, or act as an emergency response agency. Follow qualified professionals and official authorities when their instructions apply.
Beta changes and availability
Features may change, be unavailable, or contain defects during the beta. VAYNOM may update these terms or the beta experience as testing continues. Continued beta use after an update means you are using the current version of the service and terms.
Privacy
Use of the beta is also subject to the VAYNOM Private Beta Privacy Notice, which explains the information used by current account, trip, messaging, safety, location-sharing, service, and analytics features.

Use VAYNOM Help or Concierge for beta support, account questions, or concerns. Emergency situations should go directly to the appropriate official emergency service.
